Sorry for the late reply. As far as my weight goes, I can get it to drop if I include cardio (run 2 min, walk 1 min, for 20 min on treadmill) every morning with the exception of the morning after my legs workout. Otherwise I'm working out 4 days and eating healthy every 2 hours
