My dad taught me how to lift in the garage. He used to be a powerlifter, so he brought me tot he gym and taught me how to squat, deadlift, and benchpress. Since my first workout I have been HOOKED!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of lifting bigger weights and I love being big and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very self motivated. I have specific short term and long term goals that I dedicate myself to achieving. With time, I will get them all.
BB Accomplishments:
New York's Strongest Man 2005, Arizona's Strongest Man 2006, California's Strongest Man 2008, 2006 Best Heavyweight (North American Strongman Society)

I love you Jesse Marunde
Jesse: you too! in a totally macho, swords and axes, round house kick, bloody forearms and max squat kind of way!
I did the fengal fingers today in prep for my competition in June. I did it in 23 seconds but the winning time last year was 20 seconds. How do I shave 3 seconds off my time? What type of strength/endurance drills can I do?
I am going for weight and strength right now. I have been about 12 lbs heavier than I am now but had a lot more fat. I am trying to keep my fat gain minimal cause I need to improve my conditioning, I can tell that is what will kill me in events right now.
210 to 290 is a hell of a jump. I wanna get into strongman but have some bulking to do...if you get a chance could you glance at my diet on my bodyspace and let me know what you think.
