How I Started:
initially if was for sports, primarily football. Then it was for my job which it currently still is. Athletically that is why I work out. But when it comes to phisyqe and looks, it is for my significant other.
Why I Love It:
Staying in shape and excersizing has many benefits but I would say it gives me energy throughout the day if I work out. Not to mention all the feedback and results you can see as you progress.
I would also have to say that it is a good bonding tool with buddies...oh and it keeps me from wasting my money at the bars which I used to do.
I would like to get down to about 190/195 sometime in April.
Goal (Long):
I mean there is not a whole lot for me to put here. I am going to work hard on Cardio in the mornings and then lift hard in the afternoons and evenings. Any tips on cutting down will be considered...thanks. Oh and I have a little bit of a drinking problem....so we will see where I am in a few weeks...
Well here we are....I am going to get into some serious cut mode now. For peprsonal reasons I will be at my goal april 21st. you will see weekly update pics on my page till then......stand by for drastic gains/losses
Combining running and swimming in the mornings. I use Crossfit to warm up for weight room which I usually do in the afternoon. I will get on here with more detail soon.

the meal plans are designed to accomodate your goals as far as gains/fat loss etc..
I determine how many times you need to eat, how much and when, and then I set you up with a plan for you to carry out as long as you desire..
