How I Started:
I worked out on and off in high school but I wasn't really serious about it. I didnt get really serious until I got to college and now its just trying to find time to do it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel pretty good when I've been going at it for a while. After those long breaks, it makes me realize that I always need to work because complacency is not a good place to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that its my effort that's changing my physical appearance.Knowing that when there is change, its because I worked hard to make a change.And when there isnt any...it just means I have to work harder.
