How I Started:
I worked out on and off in high school but I wasn't really serious about it. I didnt get really serious until I got to college and now its just trying to find time to do it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel pretty good when I've been going at it for a while. After those long breaks, it makes me realize that I always need to work because complacency is not a good place to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that its my effort that's changing my physical appearance.Knowing that when there is change, its because I worked hard to make a change.And when there isnt any...it just means I have to work harder.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Its too much sometimes. I try to avoid it because I may not be doing an amount of weight that diserves a grunt.

I like sweats and a Tee for the most part. But sometimes sweats are too much and I'm just starting to get into wearing shorts

Its Friday Night and I really didn't feel like going out with my friends because I have to be up early tomorrow morning. I decided that I could just go to the gym...and what a great idea. No one was there. Well thats a little over exaggeration. One other person was there. But he was working on...
