How I Started:
I started working out in strength training class in HS and eventually got a membership at lifetime fitness.. But i have been on and off working out and wasn't taking it serious back then.. Now i am focused and ready to make progress.

because i workout with my friends/family and encourage them to set a goal too.

I would have to say matthew mcconaughey's. Because he's not too big but still ripped.

Yes, after going to the gym, the work day is not as long and dull.
