How I Started:
Well I've been lifting off/on the past 6 yrs...fast forward to now.. I decided to give CrossFit a try after a few yrs observing and all. Since I'm 29, I rather just be athletic and functional because thats what the Army requests of me. Plus I wanna be healthy and not end up diabetic like my pops
Why I Love It:
I love the friendly/family enviroment at my CrossFit Gym. Although Im not as fit as the other CF followers, they dont make me feel bad.. but im getting better
How I Stay Motivated:
It's getting easier, CrossFit throws the variety in there. I'm losing weight, my GPP seems to be getting better
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm trying to follow the Paleo Diet. Simply it's whatever a Caveman would have eaten. basically it's all chicken, turkey, beef and raw or steamed veggies. no salts, no grains

I use chicken, turkey, beef.. very rarely do I use a whey protein supplement. BUt I do want to try and fit it in somehow
