Got to get back in shape. Way to much fat!!!
I was surprised when I saw this pic. I can see a big diffence. It's only been 5 or 6 weeks. Legs are starting to form.

I don't have the best diet in the world but it's a lot better then it use to be. Anyway, I do so well during the day with my diet but when its gets about time to go to bed I get this unbelievable craving for sweets! It gets so bad that I can't sleep sometimes. I'm addicted and its killing...

No cardio at all right now bro, but when I do do cardio..it's very limited due to a high metabolism..maybe 30 minutes a week.

Thx man! Tryin 2 stay young. Cardio is def. King if your tryin 2 get leaner. I focus more on sprinting & explosive/dynamic cardio. The slow tempo stuff ain't my thing!

thank you very much! im def working on them alot alot more i want to add atleast 2inshes to my legs and 3 to my arms.!. Hitting legs twice a week now! and upping my cardio! adding spin classes to the mix

I don't do too much cardio...I don't want to drop past 160 lbs. 10-15 min after workouts. Try that lipo 6...it's a great fat burner.

I only do decline situps, Leg raises and crunches...the rest of the work comes from heavy core lifting like deadlifts and squats.
