Gain More Lean Muscle,and decrease fat accumulated due to the aging process.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase my strength including overcoming as much as possible the weakness of my right bicep which resulted from a near total biceps tear about 12-18 months ago.
I also wanted to eliminate the excess fat I've accumulated as I've aged, and become less active. In particular, I want to eliminate the fat surrounding my core, and make that stronger than it has ever been.
