I messed around with weight machines as a young teen but did not get into weight training until joining the military.
Why I Love It:

This was taken day 2 of my climb back up to my goals. this photo is hard for me to look at cause i used to be in much better shape. I only posted the photo to remind myself what has to be done!
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my shoulder lifting wrong on declines, put my progress to a haly for a while. I probably should have let it heal more.

Around dinner time put a 4 Cheese Pizza in the oven. Looked at the pizza and decided to put on the running shorts and shoes and told myself im going to work for it. threw the pie in the oven and Took myself outside, rolled out the tire and punished myself. My cardio is still not where it needs...
Dude, just read your last blog. WTF? Com'on man. Just do it! I can't right now, nagging injury and I so miss not getting out to the gym too. What's up with that avai pic? Now that's training. Stay with man. BTW, we'll be back in the Myrtle Beach area next week. Try not to be so hard on the VA. people (lol) Take care.
Wow, sorry to hear about the cold. With little one's it's hard to shake one until the whole house is over it. I'm still jamming away on the workouts. Not much progress, but still at it. Going to be down your way Wed.-Sat. We will be close to Broadway at the Beach, so don't give me a ticket! Hey, feel better soon, move that motivation up and get back at it as soon as you can. Hey thanks for asking. I decided to wait until October and do the NPC Northern USA and skip the Natural Ohio. I didnt have enough time to add mass before my contest prep came around. I am slowly making gains now. How's your training?
