yea thanx for the msg mate.... yea actually i wanna start doin some weights and start supplements... these last two months i have just started doin some push ups and sit ups... not much mate. i think the biggest thing i found is that i make sure i do them every night... best of luck mate!

Very muscled and ripped already. Solid traps, delts, biceps/triceps. Good chest, solid abs and very good thickly muscled back. Look much bigger than stats say. And with another 20-30 lbs of muscle that will be some physique. André
