hi soap, that's so great that you 'get it' at such a young age, way to set an example for everyone at keep doing your thing. And thank goodness for this site, b/c I dont' know come into contact with any real life fit people in my daily routine either :)

AS for muscle milk, I stay away from the stuff, there is a lot of unnecessary fats. I thaught the same, Muscle milk hypes that the fat in there product is good for u. I dont know if I believe that, guys that I know who compete say the same thing. FAT is Fat. But fat does help u bulk up so if ur looking to bulk maybe it is a good product. Its a bit expensive but taste so GOOD.. I used to take cytogainer made by the same company to bulk up. I went through a jug of it this winter.

Continued; Many products out there such as NO-xplode are so hyped that ur mind believes u are stronger cuz of the supp when really it is just u mentally pushing harder.

To answer ur ? about No-xplode, I personally love the stuff, but the problem u are speakin of is so common. I get it all the time, usually 15 minutes after taking it im on the toilet to be honest. My father is a seasoned bodybuilder and he believes that I should stop taking it. I have recently started drinking a redbull on days I needed a little kick, and felt the same drive I felt while takin No, with much less stomach bloat.

wow, Its been like two years since I graduated from Northtown,anyways you seem to have an impressive build. Very much like mine when I was younger, I was just a little smoother and bulkier. I diet down all the time but I lose a lot of muscle when I get ripped. Anyways Im big into wrestling, but Im also big into baseball, I currently play college ball so wrestling is just something Ill dig into when I accomplish all i can with baseball. Its nice you got in contact with me, keep up the good work.
