Overall Goal: 21 weeks of low carb dieting.. overall after 6 weeks, ive gained 6 pounds, 220 to 226. But, lost 10 pounds of fat... yep, nutrition partitioning is the key to building muscle and lose fat at the same time

Tired of being called fat, not getting any attention, having little friends, and now its quite the opposite.
Why I Love It:
Its a challange trying to reach the next level. One level is easy but as you go up the ladder its gets pretty damn intense!

Looking at myself, seeing definition, and size develop.. Keeps me going.

Goal (Long):
5 days low carb high fat high protein, followd by 48 hours of high carb med protein and no-low fat
