What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
lots of volume moderate weight one press lift (heavy) two laterial delt movements like dumbell raises and cable raises and one machine 3 sets 12 - 15 then cheat up right rows 3 sets of 8-12

What traps workout has worked best for you?
don't work them...but get your straps and barbell shrug and smith machine behind the back shrugs are great as well
What is the deal, what is the problem with people why is eating right and caring what i look like such a bad thing i get F**king ridiculed by my friends for not eating taco bell or wanting to not eat late at night... you know i think people with a (bit) of a weight problem get jelious of...
i just tried some waxy maize with BCAA and Glutamine as my during/postworkout drink and I could tell a difference. Hit delts and tri's this morning. What are you up to?

Yeah, that's a lot of fat, but you're getting plenty of protein and you're cutting carbs. I'm not worried about it as long as you're still losing fat. Looks ok to me. If you want, you can up the protein a bit and cut some of the fat though...
