Sports, i have been playing Baseball since i was 5 and then i did some other things, got into the Army at 18 and been trying to find the right mix of cardio and weights to get to my peak
Why I Love It:
Cause there is no feeling like the pump, and it is a brotherhood of sorts, the feeling and atmosphere in the gym is better then most things, and it gets my mind off of the mess my life has become
How I Stay Motivated:
videos and music and friends, good support, seeing results and realizing that someone is training harder then me and i got to beat them and i got to win GET AWAY FROM THE NAME MINI RAGE

I am slated for both on my knees to get worked on, not to sure what is wrong with them but we shall find out, i hope it does not put me out for to long, i am starting a new goal and i need cardio so, bad some one help me out here
