When I Started:
How I Started: When I finished my last yr of college baseball, I really wanted to concentrate on developing more overall strength / muscle and less "functional" strength. My original desire for this was because I wanted to get into some fitness modeling.
Why I Love It: I love to see positive change in my life, especially physical! I see myself one step closer to my goals and that pushes me to continue to strive for them even more.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing changes in my physique, hearing comments from other people who I have not seen in awhile, and most important reason... seeing my fat self in the mirror!!!
BB Accomplishments: Not really into "BODYBUILDING" per se, but that may all change later down the road.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to... nooo, "I WILL" drop my body fat percentage into the single digits so I can finally see my abs!!! I'd also like to add 20 solid lbs of muscle onto my frame.
Goal (Long): I would very much like to get into some fitness modeling, so thats why I need that single digit for my bf%! I also would like to gain some more muscle all over, but nothing that would bulk me up too much. I'm trying to find that fine line between bodybuilder look and just that fine a$$ bod!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

Ok, Tim. All u had to do was ask a really smart woman around here...ME! To get those to an acceptable size for uploading, you'll need to "Compress" the digital image. Regardless of the Application...it should follow a general chain of commands such as: EDIT, RESIZE, COMPRESS. Try it...you might like it. (wink wink) :-) ~Dawn Melanie
