How I Started:
first got into lifting when i got cut from highschool baseball team... started lifting with a couple of buddies that really motivated me and we went crazy, all of us having great gains on a regular basis...
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
after a few years of being married, and seeing that my wifes' great cooking and my lack of hitting the gym had put 50 pounds around my gut and i had no energy what-so-ever...
BB Accomplishments:
so far i've lost 20 pounds since Christmas, and now i'm in a routine where i might start looking into some supplements

Bench has always been my weak spot, i lifted 215 3 times the other day... may not seem like much but i'd never benched more than 205 in my life that i can remember... so with that i have the urge to get to 300... along w/ getting ripped... i've got a lot on my plate but i'm going to do it...
