Background
my uncle taught me how to get strong when i was like 16 i think and i was hooked, for awhile until video games came into my life and screwed me over. when i was 20 i started working out again and after 5 months i was sort of at my best shape at 290lb still have fat on me and somehow i balanced my weight, burned fat but got muscle at the same time.
i just love it.
