I want to live a healthier lifestyle.
I have been in and out of the gym for the last 16 years. Mostly out. I am a huge MMA fan and so to watch those guys put their bodies through that is icredible. I am also inspired quite a bit by Crossfit. So I have tried to use both of their workout concepts and incorporate them into my budget and small basement. I have decided not to have a standard workout routine. When I go into the basement I grab the whiteboard and just pick out an exercise for each body part. I also change the rep ranges and weight. So far it seems to be working and I can go for 15 minutes or 2 hours. It all depends on what I have to do that day. My motivation is truely to be healthy enough to do anything. I don't want to miss out on an opprotunity because I can't get out of my chair.
