My Motivation Program View My Full Motivation Program

I want to live a healthier lifestyle.

I have been in and out of the gym for the last 16 years. Mostly out. I am a huge MMA fan and so to watch those guys put their bodies through that is icredible. I am also inspired quite a bit by Crossfit. So I have tried to use both of their workout concepts and incorporate them into my budget and small basement. I have decided not to have a standard workout routine. When I go into the basement I grab the whiteboard and just pick out an exercise for each body part. I also change the rep ranges and weight. So far it seems to be working and I can go for 15 minutes or 2 hours. It all depends on what I have to do that day. My motivation is truely to be healthy enough to do anything. I don't want to miss out on an opprotunity because I can't get out of my chair.

Snowman717 I was running short of time this evening but somehow found time to do beginner's yoga. Much better but I am still not flexible.

Snowman717 I don't know if yoga X is for me. I was thinking about finding a beginners program on-demand. I spend to much time adjusting.

  • hey man, you just keep pushing yourself to do as much as your body will do and as long as you can do a lil more each time your making progress. Its gonna be tough but dont give up.
