I have always wanted to compete, but that didn't happen. I lifted a little in high school but didn't keep it up, lack of motivation. I hired a trainer in 2003 and he really had me showing great progress until I tried to do it on my own, and I did quite well for awhile, then tragedy hit and totally threw my life off balance. But PRAISE BE TO GOD, I am getting my life back. it's ON!
Why I Love It:
It's just the overall confidence of it that I really like, not only the health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
The Lord and Bodyspace. I wished I was plugged in to bodyspace back in 2003.
I had one heck of a leg workout on Friday. So much so, I could hardly walk. It was a good feeling though, because I am not simply doing light workouts anymore. Now I see why alot of guys don't do legs. It is definitely necessary. Happy Memorial Day, and God Bless!
Bro, I try not to diet. Just eat clean and supplement with mass gainer (Truemass). Avoid sodas, juices, desserts and fast foods. I try and stay lean by really crankin' the cardio.
what up? I do low reps heavy weight. no more than ten reps with exception of when i do a burn out set the last set of flat. delcine incline heavy no more than ten superset cable flyes and dips weighted
