How I Started:
Well it has been and "on/off" again thing my whole life. I went through my phases of working out and then quit. This time I am staying consistent and eating clean. I am DETERMINED to have a nice rock hard body.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the results, although it is taking time I am feeling awseome. I noticed that working out has been a great stress reliever and has helped put me in a better attitude.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read BB.com. Put pictures of fitness models up so I know what I'm working for.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting up at 5:30 and going to the gym, not as bad as I thought.
Well I am trying to break my unhealthy eating habits. I called my insurance company and I am covered to go see a nutritionist. I want to be held accountable and I feel if I have weekly meetings with someone that is structuring my diet I will have more success. I'm guessing that my body fat %...
Yes. I take it 3 times a day before meals. I've been taking it now for a little over a year and I can tell a difference. Let me know how it works for you and thank you for the compliment!!! :)
yea, but it's all 21 and over stuff so i wouldn't know. good thing Windsor is only 20 minutes away lol....ok, good luck, i'll check up on u once in a while to make sure ur sticking to it!
