When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I've always been into working out and staying healthy. The earliest age I remember would be 11.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me a feeling of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
All I do is think back to the days when I would eat fastfood and how miserable my body felt. I remember feeling sick or tired most of the time. That is something I don't want to go back to.
BB Accomplishments:
Working out my legs again. I've had two major surgeries on my legs and for a long time I felt limited in my physical abilities.

What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
Specifically, I want to be able to handle my own body weight, such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips, etc. You never know when you'll be hanging on to the edge of a cliff, or sneaking out of a 20-story window, saving someone's life by pulling them out of a car that's on fire. I know, those are extremes... but as we age our bodies change. And the sooner we become self-reliant, the better off we will be when the body begins to reverse to the "dependent" years again.
Every morning I hit the gym 4:30 or 5:30. There is always this guy (maybe 50y.o.) and always INSISTS on doing is damn cardio RIGHT next to me! What makes this situation so bad is that 1: He stinks! 2: He's sweating all over the place and 3: He grunts, moans and groans like he's trying to...
Thanks for the add-I do about 6 different exercises for my shoulders...some exercises I use drop sets (10 reps heavy/10 more reps light) & other shoulder days I just go HEAVY!
well, bad news is that your too hot to look intimidating to others at the gym. i suggest learning a 1000 yard death stare. its a blank facial expression with the intent to kill in your eyes. WORKS GREAT for me! good luck with stinky.
Not6 currently using the plasmajet. BUT I did like it. I am now using the newer form of cytolean ......its only 3 pills once a day. Less thinking!! Im trying to maintain lean thru the summer.
hey snoofle, just read ur blog. very short, but it doesnt need to be long to make that point... Everytime my frustration sets in.......the basics is where I always return...thx for the reminder! :-)
