His commitment to his weight training and cardio routine is very admirable. He's always active never missing a day whether he's stressed or ill or if WW3/Armageddon is happening he'll be in there running or lifting. He also follows a very disciplined diet, from what I remember, he never cheats and that to me anyway takes some serious dedication and is the training and eating habits I want to pick up.
I find his dedication not only to working out in general but increasing his lifts inspirational. It makes me want to take more cracks at going up in weight on my lifts. He's always attemtping to set a new PR and works hard at it which I respect alot.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I would say it is elevating my mood and energizing me which inturn probably brings me more joy when I spend time with them and doesn't tire me out so easily when I play with them.

Do you have a significant other?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
My wife is glad I am doing something healthy that is making my happy especially now that it's not like the past. In the past I put bodybuilding ahead of my relationship. My training came first, my diet program came second then her. Now I have my priorities straight. Bodybuilding is not my first priority but it's my recreation time.My wife is glad I am doing something healthy that is making my happy especially now that it's not like the past. Thanks, I appreciate it as always. Looks like the cutting is going well.
As for me, I'm still hitting it as hard as ever -- never stopping til I reach what I want; then the real work begins. I better be standing across from you inside that squared circle or I'm going to be dissapointed as all hell. We need people like you in the industry.
Yours in Good Health,
