I've always wanted to shed the extra kg's and have mroe muscle and i finally bit the bullet.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of just being in the gym and doing something to make yourself better is amazing. Great stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly remind myself of where i want to be and where i have come from.

Well i have a new favourtie. I'm really loving "arm day" and in particular, preacher curls with the ez bar. really love this exercise and am currently doing drop sets, 3x15 at 12.5kg or 27.5lb and in between each set doing another set of 15 with 7.5kg, or 15lbs.
LOVING arm...
