I had my shoulder reconstructed about a year and a half ago. I am just know feeling like I have the ability to get back to lifting.

Well I'm sure glad its a new month. I've bundled and tied up some things-so to speak-in my personal life and am putting them behind me. Seems like I just can't function properly when I'm feeling down about other things. So things are looking up! How are you doing? Any new progress pics yet?

I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results in just 12 weeks, you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
