2013 Kris Gethin Hardcore Trainer began. It has really taken me a while to get motivated and going again, especially after completing the Trainer last year and loosing a massive 32kgs. I made some mistakes, and ended up over training in the end which may have burnt the mind and body out for a while. Not only was I completing the Gethin trainer, I was doing a daily crossfit session, No Vitargo and not eating enough size in meal portions.I dropped from 132kg to 89kg in the end and looked very... SnapDuke created a new BodyBlog entry "Day6 - Week 1 Hardcore 2013".
its freezing outside, raining, Saturday week 1 Day 6 of the Hardcore trainer. I forgot how much discipline it takes to eat every meal, at the right time and right frequency. I am home most of the time at the moment doing some theory study so cooking and eating has not been as hard, as for say someone going to work each day. You really need to be organised and prepared, makes life very easy then. Especially like now when your whole body is stuffed from the shock of week 1, and you soon... Go to BodyBlog
