What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Eating around 5000-6000 calories a day with about 300g of protein daily'
I cut out white carbs as well as alcohol =)

Not enough rest, water, or food.
Usually overtrained and i hardly did legs (BIG MISTAKE)
