I believe 100% that you get out whatever you put in. This is with family, buisness, and yes your workout. There are no shortcuts, put the time in the gym, cardio, and diet to get the results.In Arnolds new book "Toltal Recall" he talks about making time to do what you are passionate for. There are 24HR in a day most of us work 8 to 10 hours a day add in 6 to 8 hours of sleep and it leaves you with 6 to 10 hours every day. There is no excuse! The time is there! It's up to you to make the leap. Only hard work stay motivated!
