How I Started:
I was hitting the gym for health and wellness. I started dating and am now in a relationship with a wonderful woman. She competes in figure competions. I've learned alot from her, and just have kinda kept going from there. Learning how to live healthier. We help each other, and try new foods to keep the diet clean, but not boring. Has shed a light on health for me. Now I'm more motivated than ever!!
Why I Love It:
I feel good, I'm looking better, I see results. It motivates me more and more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping my mind thinking about my goals!! "What consumes your thoughts controls your life"

Chicken breast w/ brown rice and spinach for lunch (three hours later). Protein bar, than like ground turkey tacos, for dinner, 2 scoop protein shake after my work out and 3/4 a cup of cottage chees before bed. I change it up, but, that's pretty normal.
