I am currently on the MFT28 diet plan but with less. Protein shake for breakfast and lunch. Dinner all the meat and vegs i want. 16lbs 3days
This is considered a fat blasting diet. To lose weight fast. This is not to be used for a long term goal this is only to speed up weight loss for 1 month in which you will switch to a longterm more permanent diet.
I am currently putting Whey protein,creatine,peanutbutter, and banana in my shakes. I take the shake before i work out and after I workout. I remove the banana for the post workout.
