How I Started:
I've always been fit growing up. In grade 9, i started using the high school gym. During the track team, i trained for power and speed. When i joined the rugby team, i decided to start trying to gain weight with the help of my phys Ed. teacher. Now i do it for the love of it.

So i was thinking about training to compete as a male fitness model .. but i also want to get some tattoos .... now what i need to know is ... can male fitness models have tattoos?
Things are good bruh...trying to put on more mass for next year's contests. It's on...been lefting mad heavy and staying focused. I'm def. seeing some improvements in the weak areas. The only thing....I'll end up losing most of the cuts until I start the contest prep again...that's kind of depressing.
Okay well thanks, next time I buy a pre-workout I may have to check it out. And yeah, taste isn't really what matters when it comes to stuff like that haha.
i feel ya man y did u take a break and my trainin ok im komin bakk slowly from a shoulder injury so i have been doin kardio and abs but next month the weights gone hate me lol
