How I Started:	A buddy from high school played football and was looking for a workout buddy, since then I've become a workout addict.
Why I Love It:	I like the way it makes me look and feel. As a runner, my weight has always been extremely low and I've had a very thin build. I like being bigger now.
How I Stay Motivated:	Started lifting with a couple new friends that really push into a zone where I'm still safe but outside my comfort zone and it does wonders for me.
