My goal is to lose 45 pounds, and maintain the weight I'm used to having.
Goal (Long):
I've always been a tall slender type of female. I'm athletic, and all around outgoing so weight gain was never a problem for me. As quickly as I gained weight, I also lost it just as fast. The older I got the more I realize how slow my metabolism has become... (it could also be the simple fact i got into a relationship and got too comfortable) But now I'm 30 and I don't find the weight I've gained cute anymore, especially now that my back hurts. Within the next year I intend to break in my 30's like I was 20 AGAIN!
In the morning before doing anything, I simply walk for about an hour and a half, ending the walk session with a set a stairs 5 times. Then walking back home.

I found a workout on BB.com, which really helps. I would look on there for something that fits your schedule and goals. But I do 4 days of cardio and lift weights 6 days a week. But that is what fits my schedule. Hope this helps and good luck!
