Staying motivated is the hardest part about staying fit. It isn't that I don't enjoy working out, but while being a student with a job, the time is limited. Eating the way that I want is a totally different story. Hopefully everyone out their sticks to their goals and are able to achieve...

Reason: Protein.. Tastes good, can get sick of it if taken too often
BSN Syntha-6, 2.91 Lbs., Chocolate Milk Shake

Reason: Protein with a little less fat.. Great flavor, easy to take!
