My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

All exercises (with the exception of calf raises, shrugs, and abs) I do 20-15-to failure for my 3 sets. So far I've noticed a huge difference doing this. For example, db chest presses I do 50lbs X 20, 60lbs X 15, 70lbs to failure. Also do abs when I have time, but seriously lacking in cardio.

Monday (Chest/Tris)
DB Incline Chest Presses
DB Flat Chest Presses
Dips (can't do a full set of 10 yet so no weights but I do 3 sets to failure)
Incline DB flys
Cable Crossovers
Skull Crushers with close grip chest presses immediately after
Tri pushdown machine
Sometimes throw in a drop set of rope pulldowns

Tuesday (Shoulders)
DB Shoulder Presses
DB Lateral Raises and front raises
Cable Upright Row
DB Shrugs
Behind the Back Barbell Shrugs

Wednesday (Back/Bis)
Barbell Deadlifts
Supermans with DBs on an Incline Bench
Wide Grip Pullups
Machine Pulldowns
Bent over sitting DB shrugs
Bent over sitting DB reverse Flies
Wide Grip Barbell Curls
DB Hammer Curls
Drop set of Straight Bar Cable Curls

Thursday (Legs)
Barbell Squats
DB Lunges
Leg Press Machine
Standing Calf Raises
4 Leg Machines (Leg Extensions/Leg Curls/Fly and reverse fly machines, don't really know what they're called)
Forearm Curls, Reverse Forearm Curls, Box Jumps (all 3 in a row, 3 sets)
