I want to be to walk out in public in a bikini on the beach!
Goal (Long):
I plan on losing the weight I gained in a course of 6 months. I also plan on gaining about 10-20lbs of muscle. I want to be proud of myself of the way I look and not hate myself when i look in the mirror. I also want to bench 145 or possibly higher.
After Working at Cumberland farms 24/7 I needed a vacation so in 4 hours i'm heading to the airport at 5am to go take a nice relaxing road trip WOOT! Can't wait I'll be gone for bout 1 week and a half then back to reality i guess. But i'll have to admit on vacation I'll probably be getting...
Everything is good, sorry to hear about your situation. I hope everything works out for you. I'm glad to see that you are training again again, it will help you feel better about yourself and build up your confidence. And the results will give you a zest for life along with the compliments.

no problem..a little encouragement really help..or I would have quit a long time ago...I train hard ..eat good and the gains are slow but i still hang in there..
I read your blog, haha.. yeah I love carbs as well.. but since im trying to lean up I cut them out after lunch or 3 pm. So far whats worked for me is sweet potato's keeps me sane... Goodluck!
