How I Started:
I started working out at the age of 15 with my father. My father was involved in law enforcement and I always knew someday I would be too. My father encouraged me to work out so it would help me later in life when I eventually became a cop.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that you can drastically alter your visual appearance. What other activity can do that for you?
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading muscle mags, visiting muscle websites and picking the brains of more experienced lifters in the gym.
