How I Started:
After months of heavy running, I decided I needed to build strength in order to improve. A wise and patient friend took me on as a 'trainee' and pointed me in the right direction.
Why I Love It:

My mother died from cancer when she was 38 and I don't want to go that route. This is a constant reminder to stay healthy.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has helped me because I have more energy to keep up with the demands of a full-time job and a young child. I feel pretty good about being able to inspire my younger siblings too.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I can maintain my health and energy. My son was my inspiration to start working out consistently.
It is important to know our strength & weakness. When it comes to weight training, I have so many questions. I know a fair bit about this sport and I'm trying to understand how this works with my body.
Umm.. how often do we see men who have upper bod developed but walk around on legs that look like straws.LOL
I've incorporated lunges into my routine and found great results.
Sticking to a strict diet plan of high protein even though I'm on the road. Legs are my favourite bodypart and it is hard to not compliment when I see a nice pair.
