After months of heavy running, I decided I needed to build strength in order to improve. A wise and patient friend took me on as a 'trainee' and pointed me in the right direction.

My mother died from cancer when she was 38 and I don't want to go that route. This is a constant reminder to stay healthy.
I want to have good energy to do all the things I like to do.

I gave up tuna for awhile because of mercury. I need to up my calories and food, so I may add it back in. I dropped to 115 too early and doon't want to compete at a mere 110. Too skinny.Oh my God,love cottage cheese. Ever mix the 2?
I got bigger while staying lean.Look at my before and after 6 month pictures I posted in my blog. Supplements, lifting heavier and more intense and eating right. All thru this I never changed jean size. Yet I still cant fill out a sports bra!! Have a great weekend!!! Ok, its already sunday.........f
