How I Started:
I've never been into bodybuilding as you can see. I spent my teenage years more focused on boxing. (16-20yrs. old) and of course one rule in boxing is, NO WEIGHTS! So i can probably count the times ive pressed a bar on one hand. I want to change that now. I'm done with the boxing and its time to put on a little mass. Well, a lot more than a little.

This was taken before i started training. Around 7-1-08...
chest doesnt seem as full as previous pic. getting stronger but it doesnt look like it.
I want to add some size to my chest. and fix those abs!!!
Goal (Long):
All of my life i've been a "small fry",or "toothpick" whatever you want to call it. I'm just naturally a small guy. I want to change that. I dont want to be a Jay Cutler or anything. I know thats impossible and unrealistic. But i do want to gain as much lean muscle as i possibly can. It's not to be stronger than the next guy, or attract the opposite sex, or to be able to pick up the ass end of a toyota.I just want to feel better about myself when i look in the mirror.
I woke up this morning with a smile on my face. I knew today was an off day from the weights. Ahhh.... relief. I planned on getting off work and running some errands, yard work, etc... Easy day. Around lunch time, due to unexpected circumstances, i learn i have to scratch my plans. Nothing...

Glad you're back after all that time and didn't lose much in both muscle and definition. Good sign already and with how first couple of training sessions went recently that'll motivate you to try and stick with it. Try to stick with it this time and you'll really enjoy the mirror. HA. Andre

Thanks for the suggestion in Boxing, unfortunately my gym doesn't have a boxing bag, but I am getting into kick-boxing at the gym, and doing some at home with Tae-Bo. Great calorie burner! Best of life! -JASE
