Figure i would start out slow and get my body use to being more active.
1st month - reintroduction (based on a 1 hr work out)
- 4 sets of 20: push ups.
- 4 sets of 40: leg lifts. (sit up substitute, never had any luck with situps except for major backpain)
- 4 sets of 20: tricept curls (starting 10lbs of weight)
(all sets are alternating for a short resting period)
This is the routine i am starting out with considering my muscles hate me so much right now that i strained/pulled/blew up my Traps from doing 20 push up first thing in the morning.
FML i am out of shape! |
