Overall Goal: Need to lose weight, tighten up the body in general. Get back the body I once had, I seem to lose it when i get a new girlfriend....i wonder why?
It started in high school. I picked up a personal wellness class in high school which was essentially an hr and a half of weight room time. That was my first time really dedicating time to sculpting my body.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling you get the day after a really through workout. The soreness and burn that really doesn't hinder your movement all that much but the mental training it provided to overcome minor aches and pains.
How I Stay Motivated:
Help me find solitude in a house of noisy people. I had an allotted time I had set for myself everyday after school to lift 2 hrs a day and bike 15 miles right after. It was nice to clear my mind like that everyday, help build up my patients.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to max out at 280lbs on a bench press (free weights)at 17 without any sports or personal trainer and without a spotter (extremely dangerous, I know) just to prove to myself that I could do it and managed to do 3 reps. Also having the ripped arms I use to have was a major plus.

Goal (Long):
Slimming the waist, tighten the ABs. Gain the happy trail muscle again.
Tone arms and back, improve posture.
Legs are fine, The muscle from biking wont ever leave me. They will tighten back up once i get back on a general work out routine.

Figure i would start out slow and get my body use to being more active.
