How I Started: Freshmen year of highschool i was very lean, with little muscle mass, i wanted to get bigger, to impress people mostly, then i started to read up on body building.
Why I Love It: The rush i get while lifting is like nothing else, theres nothing better to me then getting through that last set, that last rep, and seeing your results of hard work unfold infront of the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated: seeing my results.
