When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: Like most kids my dad had a set of dumbells which i started out with when i was young.
Those were fine for a few years, but this past year i started to take weightlifting more seriously as i was training for a sport.
I recently decided after watching smaller bodybuilders in the 70's such as Franco Columbu that id like to see how far i could go in bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I love bodybuilding because i love feeling and looking good.
How I Stay Motivated: Its not hard to stay motivated, a couple of minutes looking in a mirror, seeing what ive acheieved, or looking back at how puny i used to look gets me focused.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Read into the sport as much as possible, and get your diet sorted before you get into the gym

Hey bro thanks for you comment and feedback.. acctualy that first pic is just when i first started training i didnt do a bulk :( .. ill start a bulk soon and then cut down to real low bf.. thanx bro Train hard!
