How I Started:
Being over 6 ft tall i called "slim" so i started working out and now im called "big man".
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my strength increase, just being apart of the bodybuilding community and watching the rise and fall of the weight plates.

After seeing the transformation of Levrone my new goals by April 1st 2010 are:
weight: 260lbs solid
arms: 18 1/2"
bench: 350lbs
squat (parallel) 400lbs

Goal (Long):
due to a blood clot in my leg i havent been in the gym for a month and a half. my weight has dropped about 18lbs and my arms have lost an inch. i am going balls to the wall all out for the next two months so i can look good for my cruise. i know this sounds crazy but i want to gain 20 lbs in 2 months.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

the toney freeman shrugs. 4 sets of 10-12 behind back and then immediately turn around to the front for 10-12. then i sit down on the bench and do dumbbell shrugs to failure.

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
i do reverse barbell curl bar curls like gustavo badell.
hit the gym and did bi's and tri's. getting back into the groove. gotta eat alot more than i do if i want to get my weight back up. i normally stop by burger king after a workout and get 2 whopper jr's no lettuce no onion. quick protein boost. tomorrow is chest day.
I like the way you put that..."going in to the dungeon, working out hard and coming out for the spring". I'll be doing that in hopes of coming out for my first Arnold!!!! Thanks for the support.
I ate pretty good this weekend and I worked out hard.. my weight stays around the same but I noticed this morning my belly was flatter :) yay!!! How was your weekend?
workouts are going great. i got my 2 week progress pics to take on Sunday so i have been trying to go extra hard, so it looks like i made some progress.
