Because after working out a few days a week you can start to notice a diffrence in working out and that's what keeps me motivated.

Here is a suggestion- pack some almonds, apples a few cans of tuna with you when you go to work. Also protein shakes already made is helpful. YOu will definately save money going out to eat. I am not sure if you prepare your meals and take them with you.

Yeah man id say no cardio, def keep eating more w protien in every meal or snack in between if u can but man your looking big already
