When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: After my senior year in football when i tore my ACL, i decided to come back stronger than ever and focus on my body.
Why I Love It: Gives me a good feeling after and the changes it does to your body. Also it will prepare me for the next level of football.
How I Stay Motivated: By remembering all the people who said I would never make it to the next level and was to small and slow.

Goals:
Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): My goal is to be ready for college football and be in good shape to play wide receiver at Abilene Christian University (Division 2).
Goal (Long): My senior year I tore my ACL in football and I really wanted to go to the next level which is college. Now i am recovering and want to come back better than ever and be in the best shape before i go to ACU to play reciever. Before i never really ate right and just played for the love of the game. Now that im going to next level, I want to seriously train and prove to my coaches that i was worth recruiting.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Keep up the good work. I too am coming off a torn ACL and trying to get back into pads by this summer. It's funny how a major catastrophe refocuses your efforts. Good luck!

i had orthoscopic and stuff so i just have like 4 lil holes and then a scare about 3 inches long that you cant see much anymore

january 2006, tore it and walked on it for a week and said this wasnt right, went to the doc and then was on crutches until the first or april pretty much, but that vikodin does wonders lol

yeah, that shit got depressing, was on crutches for 8 weeks.... and i couldnt really do anything real fun last summer either cuz i couldnt even run until like august and that is just straight line, i still have troubles with lateral movements

i tore mine playing rugby, it sucks so bad, did you tear anything with it, i tore my meniscus with it and it locked out my knee and everything
