Used to be really skinny, now im just semi-skinny.. I think i stepped it up a bit. Recently i have gained a inch in my arms, chest and forearms.. Took about a month!

What's up man? I've been training since May of 2001. I started off at about 148 lbs, now I'm lean and toned and I weight about 165 now, but my weight sometimes fluctuates.
What's up man. Just wanted to say you have a good start to building some muscles on your body. Keep pumping iron at the gym and eating big and you will get big in no time.
