Why I Love It:
Makes me feel like i accomplished something, I also like to push my limits to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buy supplements/ Look at all of the people who have actually accomplished their goals on this website.
BB Accomplishments:
Used to be really skinny, now im just semi-skinny.. I think i stepped it up a bit. Recently i have gained a inch in my arms, chest and forearms.. Took about a month!

Hey, thanks for the rating...and to reply to your comment on my gf's pic, my arm is probably twice her size:P she wrote after your comment that it was only in the way she took the pic that made her big like that:P

What's up man? I've been training since May of 2001. I started off at about 148 lbs, now I'm lean and toned and I weight about 165 now, but my weight sometimes fluctuates.
