I've always wanted to get bigger and improve myself but it wasnt untill i started working at a gym where i was surrounded by the lifestyle and learned alot more about working out and figured out what i was doing wrong and how to correct it, alot of the people i worked with inspired me to challenge myself and see how far i can go, i was also tired of being small and decided to do something about it

also, dont get bought into the whole supplement thing, they can be helpful, especialy creatine when puting on size, but most are just sugury pieces of crap that are unecesary. They supplement a good diet, they cant make u huge all alone.

lol and as far as tips go, nothings gona speed up progress 100x healthily so dont believe everything u read
2/3 of bodybuilding is in the diet, so if u wana maximize everything then u have to eat right. i suggest reading Layne Norton's articles on this site about bulking and cutting, bulking would be puting on size, but get a little chuby...
just eat right, work out right and be patient, it takes forever but u know its worth it, ill c u around
