My goal is to gain 15 pounds of solid muscle and get cut.

I've always been a skinny dude I want to put on about 25 pounds of solid muscle and keep it on. I've been going up and down around 210 for about a year at 6'5.Bigger arms bigger chest stronger and bigger leggs with a nice v-shaped upper body and a six pack.

I'm sick of this up and down thing that I have been going thru for the past couple years. I'm setting my goals for 2008 I left bally's to join La Fitness and I like it a lot better. All I have to do is stick to my goals and stay focused I've been doing pretty good lately I'm around 210 should...
