Review: Taste was great, especially with milk. Drinkable with water. Yet to try the other flavorless. But I don't see myself getting too sick of this one. As far as results, I think its kinda hard to measure this. But I don't get any cramping or bloating or anything like that. Only problem I found, was the packaging comes in a container fit to hold 7lbs of powder. but there's only 4lbs.
