I was interested in getting stronger since the beginning of senior year of high school. I started doing pushups and then upgraded myself to lifting weights when I started my freshman year of college. Since then I haven't stopped.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting weights because it greatly boosts my self confidence. I love feeling stronger and being able to accomplish something that I previously couldn't do. It also gets me out of depression.
How I Stay Motivated:
To stay motivated I look up videos of people lifting more weight than what I can lmao Oh and I think of people that have pissed me off in the past and that fuels me to lift to my max. lol
BB Accomplishments:
I guess that would be increasing my bench press 100lb more or less within a year.
